BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Coventry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 5th, 2021, at 6:00 PM at Coventry Township Hall, 68 Portage Lakes Dr., Coventry Township, OH 44319, to consider the following requests:
2021-20 David Dearborn, 4025 Keller-Hanna Dr., Brunswick, OH 44212: Requesting a minimum floor space and setback variances for the construction of a single-family home on a lot of record in a R-2 zoning district located at 26 Ostend Ave., Coventry Township, OH 44319 (7.03). This request was tabled at the September7th, 2021 BZA meeting.
2021-21 Audrey Blum, 1535 S Hametown Rd. Akron, OH 44321: Requesting front, side and rear setback variances for the construction of a single-family home (already under construction) in a R-2 zoning district at 164 Wymore Ave., Akron, OH 44319. Setback variances were granted at the April 6th, 2021 BZA meeting for a residential addition. (7.03 B, C and E).
2021-23 LAAD Sign Co. 3097 State Route 59, Ravenna, OH 44266: Requesting additional square footage for pole and building mounted signage for a new business located at 3152 Manchester Rd., Akron, OH 44319. 50 square feet is permitted for both pole and building mounted signage in a B-3 zoning district. (Article 19).

The public is invited to participate in this meeting.
