BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Coventry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 3rd, 2021, at 6:00 PM at Coventry Township Hall, 68 Portage Lakes Dr., Coventry Township, OH 44319, to consider the following requests:

 

2021-15 Structura Architects, 60 S Maple St, STE 301, Akron, OH 44303 :  Requesting access drive variances to reconfigure two (2) existing access drive curb widths from 46’7’’ and 59’7” to 55’ and 97’, respectively, and to create a new curb width of 70’ 6” for service drives at Gardner Pie Company, located in a Commercial Industrial zoning district, at 191 Logan PKWY, Coventry Township, OH 44319 (Article 18.01 J).

 

2021-16 David & Michelle Johnson, 2997 Kemble Ave, Akron, OH 44319:  Requesting a front setback variance of 18 feet to construct an attached, 24’x28’, 672 sq/ft garage, 22 feet from the front property line for a property located in a R-2 zoning district at 2997 Kemble Ave, Coventry Township, OH 44319 (7.03A)
