THE COVENTRY TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION

The Coventry Township Zoning Commission, 68 Portage Lakes Drive, Akron, Ohio 44319   will hold a Public hearing on Tuesday September 29, 2020 at 6:00 PM via Zoom, a web based video teleconferencing provider (see info below on login) to consider  the following request:

David Pelligra & Architects, Inc., 2231 Broad BLVD., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223 representing ANR Electric, 3783 State Rd., Akron, OH 44319;

Requesting a change in zoning classification for Summit County Parcel 1907846. Located on the west side of Manchester Road  bounded by 3808 Manchester Road on the north and 3856 Manchester Road on the south and containing 3.6 Acres of land.  This land is currently owned by Carter Jones Lumber, 601 Tallmadge Avenue.

This request involves rezoning of currently zoned B-3 General Business property to C/I Commercial/Industrial.    The proposal is for additional office and warehouse space for an expansion of business services for ANR Electric located at 3783 State Rd., Akron, OH 44319.

No action will be taken by the Zoning Commission, they will initiate the rezoning and request a recommendation of the Summit County Planning Commission. They will then reconvene at a later date for final action of the Commission, after which the matter will be submitted to the Board of Trustees for final action.
