ZONING OFFICE OPERATIONS DURING COVID-19

ZONING OFFICE CHANGES
DUE TO COVID-19:

APRIL BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETINGS CANCELLED – DATES WILL BE POSTED FOR FUTURE MEETINGS ONCE DETERMINED.

To limit the spread of COVID-19 the Zoning Office is not allowing any walk-in traffic.  We are not issuing permits while the zoning office is closed; however, we are doing preliminary reviews of permit applications and plans by email in order to expedite processing of construction permits once the office re-opens.

A friendly reminder as we head into summer that short term rentals require a permit; owners should email the zoning inspector to initiate the permit process.

The zoning inspector will continue to answer zoning inquiries, complaints, and concerns; residents, contractors, and realtors should email requests to the zoning inspector at [email protected]
