The Coventry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 4th, 2022, at 6:00 PM at Coventry Township Hall, 68 Portage Lakes Dr., Coventry Township, OH 44319, to consider the following requests:

2021-28 Michael & Audrey Blum, 1535 S Hametown Rd, Copley, OH 44321: Requesting a rear setback of 26.5’ from the required 40’ and a side setback of 3’ from the required 10’ for a proposed deck 3’ above grade and not to be enclosed, for a new single-family home under construction in a R-2 neighborhood located at 164 Wymore Ave, Coventry Township, OH 44319 (7.03 C, E).

2021-29 Rimon Marouf, 3448 Manchester Rd., Coventry Township, OH 44319

Requesting a signage variance to keep digital messaging and LED signage in the storefront windows at Havana Smoke Shop, located in a B-3 General Business District at 3448 Manchester Rd., Coventry Township, OH 44319 (Article 19, Section 19.02 C&E, Section 19.02 K-2)
