BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Coventry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 7th, 2021, at Coventry Township Hall, 68 Portage Lakes Dr., Coventry Township, OH 44319, at 6:00 PM to consider the following requests:
2021-26 Scott Hankins, 2216 Stahl Rd., Coventry Township, OH 44319:
Requesting to substitute and continue a non-conforming use at an existing commercial facility located in a R-2 zoning district at 2229 Stahl Rd., Coventry Township, OH 44319 (Article 24). The proposed use involves automotive repair/fabricating. This request was scheduled for the November meeting but was withdrawn prior to the meeting at the request of the applicant.
2021-27 Ted Straub 331 Dorwil Dr., Coventry Township, OH 44319:
Requesting a height variance of 3 feet from the permitted 15 feet and a floor space variance to construct a 30’x23.66’, 710 SF addition, 18’ in height, to an existing, 30’x24’, 720 SF detached garage located at parcel# 1906675, in a R-3 neighborhood on Dorwil Dr (8.02, 8.03 I).
