The Coventry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021, at 6:00 PM at the Coventry Senior Community Center, 335 E Willowview Dr., Coventry Township, OH 44319, to consider the following requests:
2021-24 Anthony J. Coyne, 1001 Lakeside Ave, Ste. 1400, Cleveland, OH 44114, Representing MSP Properties, LLC & Mitcholl Pappan, P.O. Box 1567, Beaver Falls, PA 15010: Requesting the Board of Zoning Appeals reverse the decision of the Zoning Inspector to deny the zoning permit application for a proposed Dollar General store located in a B-2 Limited/Local Business District at parcel# 1906878 (bound by 611&615 Portage Lakes Dr to the north and 577 Portage Lakes Dr. to the south), Portage Lakes Dr., Coventry Township, OH 44319 (Article 5).
2021-25 Eric Ritter, 3214 Doubler St., Coventry Township, OH 44319: Requesting a floor space variance and a height variance for a proposed 36×56, 2,016 square foot accessory structure, 20 feet in height, for a property in a R-1 zoning district at 3214 Doubler St., Coventry Township, OH 44319 (6.02, 6.03 I).
2021-26 Scott Hankins, 2216 Stahl Rd., Coventry Township, OH 44319:
Requesting to substitute and continue a non-conforming use at an existing commercial facility located in a R-2 zoning district at 2229 Stahl Rd., Coventry Township, OH 44319 (Article 24). The proposed use involves automotive repair/fabricating.
