NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Coventry Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Coventry Township Community Center, 335 East Willowview Drive, Akron, Ohio 44319, to consider the following zoning map amendment application:
Mark Ferguson, Four Points Architectural Services, 2850 Arlington Road, Akron, OH 44312: Requesting a change in the zoning district for 1252 Robinson Avenue, Barberton, OH 44203, Parcel Numbers 1906518 and 1904896. The parcels contain 1.01 acres of land and are currently zoned B-2 Local Business District. The request is to change the parcel’s zoning to B-3 General/Regional Business District.
The Board of Trustees will review these revisions at this public hearing before being presented for final vote.
The full text and drawings of these requests are available for public viewing in the Coventry Township Zoning Office from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday, at 68 Portage Lakes Drive, Akron, OH 44319.
