BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Coventry Township Board of Zoning Appeals, 68 Portage Lakes Drive, Akron, Ohio, 44319, will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 5th, at 6:00 PM VIA ZOOM, a web-based video teleconferencing provider, to consider the following requests:
- 2020-36 Michelle Mostow 3650 Birdland Ave., Akron, OH 44319: Requesting a height variance of 5.33 feet from the permitted 30 feet for a residential addition for a property in a R-3 zoning district located at 3650 Birdland Ave Akron, OH 44319. (8.02)
- 2020-37 Anthony Kucia 12025 Schrieber Rd., Valley View OH, 44125: Requesting a front setback variance of 42 feet from the permitted 60 feet, a sideline setback variance of 11.25 feet from the permitted 15 feet, and a rear setback variance to locate a deck on the waterfront property line for a residential addition for a property in a R-1 zoning district located at 221 Rohner Dr., Akron OH 44319.
