The Coventry Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 7:00 PM at Coventry Township Senior Community Center, 335 E Willowview Dr., Akron, OH 44319, to consider the following zoning map amendment application/text revision:

• Article 30.00 Self-Service Storage Facilities Regulations: Text amendment
  • Article 30.00 Self-Service Storage Facilities Regulations is an article that is being proposed to be added to the Coventry Township Zoning Resolution.

• Article 3.00 Zoning and Conditional Zoning Certificates: Text amendment
  • Section 3.03 7. Commercial Trash Dumpsters and Enclosures is a section that is being proposed to be added to the Coventry Township Zoning Resolution.

The Board of Trustees will review these revisions at this public hearing before being presented for final vote. The full text and drawings of these requests are available for public viewing in the Coventry Township Zoning Office from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday, at 68 Portage Lakes Drive, Akron, OH 44319.
