BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Coventry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 6th, 2022, at 6:00 PM at the Coventry Township Senior Community Center, 335 E Willowview Dr., Coventry Township, OH 44319, to consider the following requests:
2022-25: Complete Construction Site Management, 8263 Dines Rd., Novelty, OH 44105- Requesting a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 105’x30’ mausoleum building, 25 feet in height, at Holy Cross Cemetery, located in a R-3 zoning district at 100 E. Waterloo Rd., Coventry Township, OH 44319 (Article 8, Section 8.01B, Conditionally Permitted Uses-B).
2022-26: Restore Addiction Recovery, PO Box 456, Lakemore, OH 44250- Requesting a Conditional Use Permit to operate a residential alcohol, drug, and mental health treatment facility at an existing building, currently Coventry Crossing Christian Church, located in a R-1 zoning district at 552 Swartz Rd., Coventry Township, OH 44319 (Article 6, Section 6.01B, Conditionally Permitted Uses #6).
WITHDRAWN FROM HEARING (2022-27: Dante Rini, 315 Dorwil Dr., Coventry Township, OH 44319- Requesting a Conditional Use Permit to create an additional apartment at a two unit dwelling for a property in a R-3 zoning district at 315 Dorwil Dr., Coventry Township, OH 44319 (Article 8, Section 8.01B, Conditionally Permitted Uses-A))

The public is invited to participate in this meeting.
