As a resident of Coventry Township, you have become accustomed to excellent and professional care provided by the Fire/EMS Department which is supported by your tax revenues. In providing this service, the cost of medical supplies, equipment, vehicles, and proper ambulance staffing continues to increase. To offset these costs, Coventry instituted a program to include charging residents medical insurance companies who utilized the ambulance service.

As a resident of Coventry Township, your insurance carrier will only be billed. As the patient you will not be responsible for any balance remaining after payment by your insurance company. If you have the misfortune of not having health coverage that will pay for the emergency ambulance service, we will waive the entire amount. Non-residents will be responsible to pay the bill in full.

Life Force Management is the authorized billing agent for Coventry Township. Life Force will invoice Medicare, Medicaid and any insurance carrier as appropriate. If you have any billing questions, please contact Life Force at 330-626-5450.
